You’ve just removed a tree but the stump remains. Now what? The natural decaying process can take years not to mention you are left with an unsightly stump in your yard.
Stump grinding is the preferred and most common method of stump removal. This process removes the visible remains of the tree to around 8” below the surface. Leaving the roots intact keeps from disturbing the surrounding soil and vegetation and allows natural decomposition to occur over time. The hole is generally backfilled with a combination of wood shavings and dirt or can be filled with topsoil and seeded over.
Arborlogical has multiple stump grinding units, able to fit into tight spaces and accommodate even the largest stumps.
Our ISA Certified Arborists at Arborlogical Inc are trained to evaluate and advise on even the most technical tree work. We offer services in and around Amarillo and Lubbock, Texas, as well as Lakewood, Colorado.
